Returns & Refunds


We hope you love what you ordered!  But in case you don’t – perhaps it’s a little too big or the style just isn’t you – we will send you a new size, color, or style OR issue you store credit or a refund to the original method of payment for full-price clothing styles.  Sale merchandise is final sale – no returns, exchanges or refunds.  Please read below for important returns information.  This information applies to online sales at  Our in-store return policy is different, and you can find it printed on the bottom of your in-store receipt.

Regular Priced Merchandise
Return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to the original method of payment, store credit or exchange.  Return between 15-21 days of receipt for exchange or store credit only.  Note, it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund back to your account.

Sale Merchandise and Accessories
No Returns or exchanges.  All sale merchandise, jewelry, shoes, scarves and other accessories are final sale.

Return merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered and with hang tags and labels attached. Used or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return and may be shipped back to the customer.
