Returns & Refunds


We hope you love what you ordered! But in case you don’t – perhaps it’s a little too big or the style just isn’t you – we will send you a new size, color, or style OR issue you a refund to the original method of payment. Please read below for important returns information. This information applies to online sales at Our in-store return policy is different, and you can find it printed on the bottom of your in-store receipt.

Merchandise Returns
Full price merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund to the original method of payment. If you think your return will not arrive within the 14-day window, please call us at 858-847-9100 for an exception. Returns received after 14 days will receive store credit for the boutique, not online. Note, it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund back to your account.

Sale merchandise must be approved for return prior to returning.  A restocking fee may be charged to cover the costs associated with returning discounted merchandise.  Please call 858-847-9100 for pre-approval for all sale merchandise returns.

Non-Returnable Accessories
All jewelry, shoes, scarves and other accessories are final sale.

Condition for Return Merchandise
Return merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered and with all tags and labels attached to garment in original format. Used or altered merchandise or merchandise missing the original tag will not be accepted for return and may be shipped back to the customer or donated to charity without a refund.
